Before delivery
Clear before you buy.
For electronic payments, fulfilment time starts at payment authorisation or receipt of funds. For payment on delivery, it starts when the order is accepted.
If delivery within 48 hours is exceptionally not possible, we will contact you to agree on a new date.
We do not charge an upfront packaging deposit. Missing packaging may be charged for at the next delivery, according to the information provided to the customer.
