Secure online payments, bank transfer, cash on delivery or BLIK phone transfer on delivery.
BLIK and instant bank transfers
Once the gateway is activated, choose BLIK or your bank and confirm the transaction in Autopay's or your bank's secure environment.
Payment cards
Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic i Maestro.
Payment on delivery
Choose cash on delivery or a BLIK phone transfer on delivery. For BLIK, confirm the amount with the driver or our team before making the payment.
When do we start processing your order?
For card or other electronic payments, we start processing your order after successful authorisation or after the funds reach the Seller's account. For a traditional bank transfer, processing starts once the funds are received. For payment on delivery, it starts when the order is accepted.
Payment refunds
We refund payments using the same method the customer used. Card refunds are sent to the same card account, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method that is free of charge. Details and time limits are on the Returns and complaints.
Autopay online methods will appear at checkout once the operator has completed activation.
