§ 3. Products and prices

Each product page states its name, main features, variant and pack size, manufacturer, available ingredient information, price in PLN and a photograph. All prices are gross prices and include applicable taxes. The total price and delivery charge are shown before an order is placed.

The waters and drinks offered are manufactured by Uzdrowisko Rymanów S.A., ul. Zdrojowa 48, 38-481 Rymanów-Zdrój, Poland, unless a particular product page states otherwise.

§ 4. Order and contract

  1. The customer selects products and quantities, adds them to the cart, provides the information needed for fulfilment, chooses delivery and payment, and checks the summary.
  2. Before placing an order, the customer can correct their details and remove products from the cart.
  3. The Terms are accepted through a separate checkbox that is not selected by default. An order cannot be placed without acceptance.
  4. Clicking 'Buy and pay' places an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order, which is confirmed to the customer by email.

§ 5. Payments

The customer may use the methods shown at checkout for their order: Autopay online payments, bank transfer, cash on delivery and BLIK phone transfer on delivery.

Online payment services are provided by Autopay S.A.

Online payments include: BLIK, instant bank transfers and Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro cards. Online methods become available at checkout after the operator activates the gateway. Autopay may also display electronic wallets according to the operator's current offering.

For card or other electronic payments, order processing begins after successful payment authorisation or after the funds reach the Seller's account.

Autopay payment methods: BLIK, payment cards and instant bank transfers

§ 6. Delivery

Delivery is available within Poland; international sales and delivery are not currently offered. Delivery charges are shown in the cart and order summary before the order is placed. The minimum order is one crate or multipack. We deliver using our own transport or a logistics company, usually within 3 working days of accepting the order or, for advance payments, of successful authorisation or receipt of funds.

Before ordering, the customer can see the available delivery method, timing and final delivery charge. Details: Delivery.

§ 7. Withdrawal from the contract and refunds

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of taking possession of the goods. The goods must be returned within a further 14 days. The Seller refunds all payments received, including the cost of the cheapest delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice; the refund may be withheld until the goods or evidence of their return are received.

The refund is made using the same payment method used by the Consumer; for a card, to the same card account, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another method that is free of charge. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are set out in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, including for perishable goods. Details: Returns and complaints.

§ 8. Complaints and conformity of goods with the contract

The Seller is responsible for the goods' conformity with the contract. Complaints may be submitted by post or email, with details identifying the order, a description of the non-conformity and the requested remedy. The Consumer may request repair or replacement and, in the cases provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Complaints are free of charge, and the Seller responds within 14 days of receipt.

Any manufacturer's guarantee is separate from, and does not limit, the Consumer's statutory rights.

§ 9. Personal data

The Seller is the data controller. The scope of data, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and data subjects' rights are described in the Privacy policy. Data needed to perform the contract is shared with parties including logistics companies and the payment operator.

§ 10. Disputes and final provisions

The Consumer may seek help from a consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection Authority or UOKiK information available at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl. Contracts are concluded in Polish and governed by Polish law. These Terms are available free of charge in a format that can be saved and printed. Changes do not affect acquired rights or the terms of orders placed before the changes take effect.
